Medical Fitness Test for LDP

1. Once received approval from SPA, get medical form from JPA (3rd floor).
2. Go to RIPAS, counter 1.
   
3. Check-up for eye, heart, Xray, Blood, ear, "waste" all can be done at RIPAS
4. Check-up for teeth to be done at Old Airport Dental Clinic. (Block A, 1st floor)
   
5. Tibi Immunisation at Kiarong @ 2nd floor ( 2 times). see attached picture.
   
6. Once finished, go to Specialist building at RIPAS (ground floor) to make appointment
7. Result for Xray will be ready within 1 week along with Blood and other stuffs test result.
8. Nowadays appointment can be made with our nearby clinic depending on your course.
