This morning I went to Jab. Buruh 4th floor to renew my license. I have to fill-in 2 forms. BUR 302 & BUR 300. Other documents needed are
1. Insurance
2. Amah's Salary slip for 3 months,
3. Contract
4. husband & wife salary slip.
5. the Original License (for renew)
Original & Copy of thus documents. For BUR 300, wife's signature is required. This form containing budget details (monthly expenses) both husband & wife.
TPOR durang 8 working days to approved the application.
